Dominican Immigration And Relocation Service
We Offer Personalized Service With Immigration, Residency And Relocation To The Dominican Republic

With a Dominican Republic Residency you have the legal right to live and work in the DR, to leave the country whenever you wish and re-enter the country without paying for a tourist card or visa. A resident is also allowed to bring in his household items tax free to the DR.

First you have to apply for a temporary Dominican Republic Residency Card and Cedula (Dominican identification card) which are valid for one year. After expiring you can apply for the permanent Residency permit. This will be valid for two years, the Cedula for six years. Once the permanent Residency or Cedula is expired, it can be easily renewed by yourself.

What you need to provide is a
- Certified Birth Certificate
- Certified Certificate of good behavior
- Certified Marriage Certificate (if married)
- Two complete copies of your passport
- Photographs (2 front – 2 side)


Our Dominican Republic Immigration Service package includes two trips with us to Santo Domingo to meet our lawyer. One to apply for the residency and do the medical check (blood/urin test and a chest x-ray). Then our lawyer will do all necessary work for completion and approval of all paperwork (this takes about 4-6 month). Then we go again together to the capital to pick up the residency card and cedula.
